Welcome to Ellingsen Woods.

We are slow, regenerative island tourism that is mindful of our community. We are a family forestry business working to grow our forests and share our love of the land with others.  We encourage people to slow down and soak. We are investigating what's possible when we think outside of the industrial forestry complex.

We create spaces, experiences, and structures for contemplation and self-care. We are building a space for collaborative community conversation at the intersection of art, climate, and right livelihood.
